terms and conditions of purchase from electrotech exhibition

  • The offer is valid during the Electrotech Exhibition period from Thursday, April 16, 2026, until April 19, 2026, or while stocks last.
  • The offer applies to all Zanussi and Olympic Electric branded products.
  • The offer consists of shopping vouchers granted to the consumer upon purchasing any Electrolux company products (Zanussi & Olympic Electric), according to the following tiers:
    • Shopping vouchers worth EGP 500 for purchases of EGP 15,000 or more.
    • Shopping vouchers worth EGP 750 for purchases of EGP 20,000 or more.
    • Shopping vouchers worth EGP 1,250 for purchases of EGP 30,000 or more.
    • Shopping vouchers worth EGP 2,000 for purchases of EGP 40,000 or more.
    • Shopping vouchers worth EGP 3,000 for purchases of EGP 50,000 or more.
  • The expiry date of the shopping vouchers is as stated on the vouchers themselves. Electrolux has no control over the expiry date and bears no responsibility if the consumer fails to use the vouchers within their validity period.
  • To benefit from the offer, the consumer must submit:
    • A copy of the purchase invoice, and
    • A copy of the national ID card matching the same name on the invoice,
    • And sign a receipt acknowledging the number and value of the received shopping vouchers.
  • The offer does not apply to any purchases made before the start date or after the end date of the offer mentioned above.
  • Shopping vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or deducted from the value of the purchased product.
  • Purchases worth EGP 50,000 or more entitle the consumer to choose one envelope from 20 envelopes, where:
    • 19 envelopes contain shopping vouchers worth EGP 3,000, and
    • One envelope only contains a gold coin weighing 2 grams.
  • The customer is allowed to draw only one envelope out of the twenty and may not draw more than one unless the purchase amount is doubled.
  • Only one gold coin will be awarded per day throughout the exhibition period, which lasts four days.
  • If the envelope containing the gold coin is drawn at any time during the day, the draw for that day will stop, and the regular offers stated above will continue according to these terms and conditions.
  • In case the customer returns the purchased products or cancels the purchase order, the value of any received shopping vouchers or gold coin will be deducted from the paid down payment, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer after deduction.
