Refund policy

You can return the product you have purchased from any of the company’s direct sales channels (online, via 19999 or from retail stores) according to the following terms and conditions:

- If you find out a defect in the product, you can return it within 30 days from receiving it. (The defect is being confirmed through a technician visit for assessment)

- If you want to return a product for any other reason (other than if it is defective), you can return it within 14 days of receiving it according to the terms and conditions mentioned here.

     ✓ If you purchase a product at a promotion time, you receive a refund for the same amount you paid at the time of purchase and not the current or original price of the product.

In case of a return, the total invoice amount you paid and written in the invoice will be refunded to you, "which includes shipping cost in case of online purchase."

    ✓ If the purchase is in installments, the company returns only the paid installments to the bank and the customer deals directly with the bank.
    ✓ There are no shipping charges to be borne by the customer upon return.
    ✓ If the purchase is done online via the website or through calling 19999, the product is retrieved from the customer from the same place the product was delivered to, except for Upper Egypt as the customer needs to bring the product to the nearest retail store for return.
    ✓ If the purchase is done in a retail store, the customer needs to go to the store from which he purchased, to return the product.

 

Conditions of the product to be eligible for return:

- No more than 14 days from date of receiving the product. In case a defect is discovered in the product, it can be returned within 30 days

- It is required when returning a product that it has the original packaging in which it was delivered and that it is in the same condition in which the customer received it (this is determined by the actual examination by the specialized technician to ensure the condition of the product).

- All product accessories are required to be in their proper condition.

-The product must not be installed or used at all.

 

Return steps:

- The customer contacts us via 19999 or through our official Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/zanussi.eg
- The customer service team schedules a "product condition assessment visit" that is carried out by a specialized technician, and accordingly, the product's validity for return is determined.
- The technician writes a report with the result of evaluating the condition of the product and sends it to the customer service, which in turn informs the customer of the result
- If it is determined that the product is eligible for a return, the product will be returned and refunded according to the law - and the following will be done:

 

If the purchase was made online or via 19999,

 

a. You will be notified through customer service with the date of our representative to receive the product from you, and the representative will come according to the specified date to withdraw the product. Except for orders in Upper Egypt as the customer needs to bring the product to the nearest retail store for return

 

B. The amount is refunded as follows:

- If the order was paid in cash: the representative will hand you a voucher to refund the amount you paid, and the amount will be received from the branch specified by customer service.

- If it was paid via bank card (whether in installments or a direct transaction): the amount will be refunded in the same method of payment and according to the redemption procedures and timing of the bank to which the card is affiliated.

 

If the purchase was made directly from the sale showrooms:

 

a. After the customer service informs you that the product is eligible for a return, you will visit the branch where you purchased it to receive the product

B. The amount is refunded as follows

- If the order was paid in cash: the customer gets the cashback directly at the branch.

- If it was paid via bank card (whether in installments or a direct transaction): the amount will be refunded in the same method of payment and according to the redemption procedures and timing of the bank to which the card is affiliated.
