Terms and Conditions

Basic Rules and Terms

• The competition starts on March 9th, 2023 and ends on December 31st, 2023.
• Participants enter the competition by evaluating a Zanussi product on the website www.zanussi.com.eg, rating it from 1 to 5 stars, and writing a review while entering their details in the evaluation form (name and email).
• A random draw will take place at the end of each month (on the last day of each month during the competition period, i.e. day 30 or 31).
• The winners will be announced on the 5th of each month.
• Each winner will receive a Vodafone Cash transfer worth 200 Egyptian pounds.
• The winners will be announced on Zanussi's official Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/zanussi.eg on the 5th of each month during the competition period.
• The winners will be contacted via email to request the phone number registered with their Vodafone Cash account, and the winner must send their number within a maximum of two weeks from the date of the announcement of the winners, or they will forfeit their prize.
• The Vodafone Cash transfer will be sent to the number the winner provided within a maximum of one month from the date the winner sends their number to us.
• The process of withdrawing the amount from the Vodafone Cash wallet is subject to the fees and details announced on the Vodafone website http://internet.vodafone.com.eg/digital/cash-guide/.
• If the customer sends the wrong phone number, we will not be able to cancel the transfer, and they will forfeit their prize.
• Each person has one chance to win per month, so if the same person appears twice during the same draw, they will only win once.
• If more than one winner has registered the same Vodafone Cash phone number during the month, the prize will be canceled because it conflicts with the terms mentioned above.
• Participants must have a Vodafone number and be subscribed to the Vodafone Cash service.
• Transfers cannot be sent to any other e-wallet besides Vodafone Cash.
• If the participant attempts to cheat by increasing the number of entries through a human or computer program, their result will be canceled, their name will be removed from the competition, and they will be disqualified from any future competitions by Electrolux Egypt or Zanussi.
• The participant's Facebook profile settings must be public to ensure their eligibility for the competition.

The conditions required for a contestant to be eligible to enter and participate in the competition are:

• The contestant must be of Egyptian nationality or have legal residency in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• The contestant has no legal or judicial convictions in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• The contestant has a Vodafone number and is subscribed to Vodafone Cash service.
• The contestant is not an employee of Electrolux Egypt, nor works at any of its branches or subsidiaries.
• The contestant has no direct or indirect relationship with any of the employees of Electrolux Egypt, Olympic, Zanussi products, Olympic Electric, Ideal Zanussi, Home Zone stores, Zanussi agents, Zanussi partners, or Electrolux Egypt.
• The contestant is not involved in the development of the competition and is not part of the competition team, nor has any direct or indirect relationship with the team responsible for developing and implementing the competition.
• The contestant has no first or second-degree kinship with any worker or employee of Electrolux Egypt and its partners, subsidiaries, or those working with them, or the team responsible for managing and implementing the competition.
• The contestant is not less than 16 years old.
• The contestant has no direct or indirect relationship or first or second-degree kinship with other contestants. No contestant who has a first or second-degree kinship is allowed to participate in the same competition. If participation occurs, one result will be calculated for the highest-ranking contestants who are related to each other.
• The contestant is not allowed to participate on behalf of another contestant, or in the event of winning, to waive their prize or give their victory to another contestant. In the event of such an occurrence, their result will be canceled, and another winner will be announced.
• The contestant cannot participate in the competition unless they are a follower of the official Zanussi Egypt page on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/zanussi.eg.
• This competition is within the geographic borders of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and participation from outside the country is not allowed.

The conditions required for a participant's entry to be valid:

For a participation to be considered valid in the competition, the participant must follow the following conditions:

• Access the official Zanussi Egypt website www.zanussi.com.eg.
• Register personal information (name and email) to evaluate Zanussi products displayed on the official Zanussi Egypt website www.zanussi.com.eg.
• Be among those who submitted product evaluations on the official Zanussi Egypt website www.zanussi.com.eg during the competition period.
• The participant must fulfill all the conditions specified for the competitors in the third paragraph.
• The participant must follow all the conditions and rules mentioned in the first paragraph.

How will the information, data, and entries provided by the participants be used?

• The private information provided by the participants and their method of participation and number of entries will not be used in any way other than what was mentioned in the previous paragraphs. The participant implicitly agrees to the following conditions for the use of the information and data that they registered for the competition by Electrolux Egypt.
• The participant authorizes and allows Electrolux Egypt to use all the information provided and registered in the participant's name, method of participation, and number of entries, without any possibility of revocation or cancellation, in using this information inside and outside Egypt for the following purposes: (1) analyzing data for marketing purposes, (2) using the participant's private data for marketing and market analysis purposes in this competition and other competitions sponsored by Electrolux Egypt and its subsidiaries, and partners (3) using the names of the winning participants in visual, audible, and electronic media during and after the competition to promote and advertise the competition and its results, and the participant will not receive any material or moral returns for this.
• The participant agrees to sign any official documents if requested by the company to give the company the rights to use the participant's private information mentioned above.
• It is understood that the name, image, and video of the participants will be used to be promoted in various media during and after the competition

Competition Prizes:

• EGP 200 Vodafone Cash for each winner.
• 30 winners every month until the end of December 2023.
• Winners are selected based on a random draw that takes place at the end of each month (on the 30th or 31st day of each month during the competition period).
• Winners are announced on the 5th of each month. For clarification, the draw will take place on March 31, 2023, and the winners will be announced on April 5th.
• Winners will be contacted via email within one week of the announcement to request the phone number registered with Vodafone Cash. The winner must send their number within two weeks of the announcement, or they will forfeit their prize.
• Vodafone Cash transfer will be sent to the number provided by the winner within a maximum of one month from the winner sending their number to us.
• The process of withdrawing the amount from the Vodafone Cash wallet is subject to the fees and details announced on the Vodafone website http://internet.vodafone.com.eg/digital/cash-guide/.
• If the customer sends the wrong phone number, we will not be able to cancel the transfer that has been made, and they will forfeit their prize.
• Each person has a chance to win once during the month, so if the same person appears twice during the same draw, they will only win once.
• If the same registered Vodafone Cash phone number is sent by more than one winner during the month, the prize will be canceled as it conflicts with the conditions mentioned above.
• If the winner cannot be contacted, or they provide incorrect information, Electrolux Egypt will delete the result of this contestant and cancel the prize.
• If the announced prize is not available for any reason beyond the company's management at the time of delivery, the company reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of the same value.
• If you are one of the winners, you agree to the following:
• The contestant is not entitled to exchange the prize for a cash value, nor is he entitled to waive or gift the prize to another contestant or another person, and he is not entitled to return the prize or exchange it after receiving it.
• The contestant must provide an ID card and any official papers requested by the company to prove their identity upon receiving the prize.
